On 6-27-13, at approximately 2032 hours, members of the Frederick Police Dept's Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a traffic stop in the 1st Block of South East St. During the stop a police K9 responded and conducted a sniff of the vehicle. The K9 alerted to the presence of drugs within the vehicle. During the search of the vehicle the officers located numerous bags of marijuana. One of the passengers who was identified as Curt'del Isiah Johnson was placed under arrest for the marijuana. The driver, Katelyn Marie Hagen was arrested for driving on a suspended driver's license.
Both subjects were transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for processing.
