Anthem & Author Reunited Procession Ceremony
Expect Brief Traffic Interruptions and Redirecting of Traffic
Frederick, MD -- In conjunction with the Saturday, June 15th escort of the Star-Spangled Banner manuscript from Frederick’s City Hall (101 North Court Street) to the reuniting ceremony at gravesite of Francis Scott Key in Mount Olivet Cemetery, motorists can expect a series of brief traffic interruptions and redirecting of traffic along the procession route. The procession is scheduled to leave City Hall at approximately 2:30pm and arrive at Mt. Olivet Cemetery at approximately 3:00pm.
As the procession travels south on North Court Street, east on West South Street, and south on South Market Street to the main gate at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, brief delays of traffic will take place as the procession passes those intersections.
