On 06-03-13 at 11:47 pm Frederick Police officers responded to a call for shots fired in the area of W. 7th St@ N. Market St. When officers arrived they observed shell casings from a recently fired gun. Furthermore, officers’ located witnesses who observed a suspect get into a vehicle and flee from the area at the time of the shots. There was no one at the scene that was injured from the shots being fired. .
