On 05/23/13 at approximately 11:00pm Frederick Police were called to the area of Greystone Dr. and Greystone Ct. in the Whittier neighborhood for a report of a subject breaking into cars. Upon arrival officers located a juvenile with the help of one of neighbors. The juvenile was found to be in possession of undisclosed items that had apparently been stolen from several vehicles in the neighborhood.
During the investigation officers located several victims and property was returned to them. We are asking any other victims to please contact the Frederick Police Department and report any items that may have been taken from vehicles in this area.
The juvenile was charged with the offenses listed below and released to the custody of his parents:
CHARGES: 2 counts of Tampering with a motor vehicle
Theft less than $100
2 counts of Rogue and Vagabond
