At approximately 0141 hours on 5/18/13, several officers responded to the laundromat in the first block of E 4th St for a reported burglary in progress. The caller advised that a subject was observed crawling through a window and into the closed business. Officers entered the business and located Steven Allen MILLBERRY in a concealed area, preparing to sleep. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Central Booking where he is awaiting an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
