[ARCHIVED] Frederick Police make arrest for burglary on East Sixth Street

On May 17th, 2013, at approximately 1751 hours, Frederick Police responded to the 100 block of East Sixth Street in reference to a reported burglary in progress. Upon arrival Officers set up a perimeter. The Officer covering the rear of the residence observed a male inside. The male was later identified as, Jose Antonio Leon JR. He had been seeking shelter in the residence which was under construction. Leon was placed under arrest and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center without incident. Leon was charged with Fourth degree burglary and trespass.
