On 5-17-13, at approximately 8:40 pm, officers of the Frederick Police Dept's Drug Enforcement Unit were working undercover in the first block of Waverly Drive. While there a male identified as Amilcar Hernandez approached a female officer and offered her money to have sex with him. Hernandez was arrested by other officers and taken to the Frederick County Detention Center to be charged with prostitution.
