On 05/16/13 at approximately 5:15am Frederick Police officers were called to the area of the Motel 6, 999 W. Patrick St. for a report of 2 subjects trespassing and refusing to leave. Upon arrival officers located the subjects in a room and observed suspected marijuana in the bathroom. One of the subjects, identified as George Felipe Pacheco, was also found to be in possession of a quantity of suspected marijuana packaged for distribution and a significant amount of currency. He was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking without incident. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond.
The second subject left the area without incident.
