[ARCHIVED] Directed Patrol Unit arrests subject for Indecent Exposure

On 05/11/2013 at approximately 0101 hours, OFC. TiAnna Keyser with the Direct Patrol Unit was dispatched to a municipal infraction in unit block of E. All Saints St. Upon her arrival, OFC. Keyser located the suspect who was identified as a Paul Gregory Plummer 01/05/1946. Further investigation revealed that Mr. Plummer exposed his genitals by urinating directly towards the street towards the female. Upon gaining this information, Mr. Plummer was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking
