2013 Frederick Procurement Fair – Registration is Now Open

Frederick, MD -- Attendee registration is now open for the 2013 Frederick Procurement Fair which will be held on Tuesday June 4th at the Frederick Community College Conference Center from 9:00am – 11:30am. If you are a small local business looking for a way to connect with large, local Frederick-area companies for procurement opportunities, this is a great opportunity. There is no cost to exhibit or attend.

Hosted by The City of Frederick Department of Economic Development and Frederick County Business Development and Retention Department, the 2013 Frederick Procurement Fair presents a unique opportunity for large Frederick companies, government agencies, and major employers in Frederick County to connect with local small businesses regarding upcoming purchasing and procurement opportunities. Last year, over 180 local small businesses attended to learn about purchasing and procurement opportunities with 10 of Frederick’s largest companies and government agencies. This year’s exhibitors include Canam Steel, Charles River Labs, The City of Frederick Government, Fort Detrick Business Development Office, Frederick County Government, Frederick County Public Schools, Lonza, MedImmune, NYMEO Federal Credit Union and SAIC-Frederick.
