Frederick Police responded to a reported commerical burglary which occurred overnight. Investigation lead to two males which were charged for the crime.
On May 4, 2013 at 0820 hours, Frederick Police responded to the 400 block of Pine Avenue in reference to a reported commercial burglary which had occurred overnight (2013-027765). During the burglary a firearm was taken from the business. Officer Shepardson arrived on scene and conducted an investigation utilizing closed circuit surveillance video. The investigation lead Officer Shepardson to a wooded area near the business. He located several stolen items from the business along a trail leading to a tent occupied by two males. The males exited the tent and were detained by Officers. Inside the tent Officers observed additional stolen items. The males were placed under arrest.
