Case Number 2013-023577
On April 16th 2013, around 1843 hours, Frederick Police responded to the area of West Sixth Street and North Bentz Street for a reported fight in progress with a knife involved. When Officers arrived on scene they made contact with several witnesses who pointed out a male and female as being parties involved. The couple was walking southbound on Bentz Street from the area of West Sixth Street. The female advised Officers she was involved in a physical altercation with a black male, he pulled out a folding knife cut her in the upper arm. The injuries were minor and she was treated and released on scene. Police are continuing to investigate to identify a suspect.
