On 3-15-13, at approximately 6:16 AM, members of the Frederick Police Dept's Drug Enforcement Unit along with the Maryland State Police Gang Enforcement Unit served a search and seizure warrant at 513 Carrollton Dr, Frederick, MD 21701. During the search warrant officers located quantities of marijuana and crack cocaine that were pre packaged for distribution. An occupant of the residence identified as Charles Leroy Dorsey Jr. was arrested.
Dorsey was taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for processing.
