On 2-7-13 at about 4 PM, members of FPD's Drug Enforcement Unit, Directed Patrol Unit, and Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant at 135 West All Saints St Apartment A. The warrant service was the outcome of an investigation regarding neighborhood complaints of drug dealing from that location.
During the warrant service, a quantity of pre-packaged marijuana sufficient to indicate an intent to distribute was recovered, along with digital scales. Douglas Ford Bey II DOB 2/15/83 was arrested and processed at the detention center.
