Frederick Police Department make burglary arrest after tip from citizen CR 2013-002758
On January 13, 2013 at approximately 2221 hours, Frederick Police Department responded to a reported burglary in progress in the 500 block of North Bentz Street. The caller advised a white male was seen entering a row house under construction through a front window. Officers arrived on scene within minutes and quickly set up a perimeter. While on the perimeter Officer Randy Lawson observed a white male exit the home using the front door. The male was identified as Aaron Vaughn Tariske, 20 year old, of Frederick, MD. Tariske was detained by the Officers and the house was cleared. Officers found property damaged within the house. Tariske was in possession of an alcoholic beverage which he was consuming within the residence. Tariske was placed under arrest and transported to Frederick County Adult Detention Center for processing.
Tariske was charged with 4th Degree burglary, trespassing on private property, and destruction of property.
