On today's date the Frederick Police Department arrested a subject for possessing a handgun and drugs
On Saturday December 8, 2012 at approximately 1259 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the area of All Saints Street and South Market Street for the report of a disturbance. Citizens called Dispatch and advised that a group of males were arguing and one had a gun in his waistband. Off Antczak and OFC Brown responded and located the subject who matched the description given. The subject began to flee on foot and was apprehended a short distance later by other responding officers. Located on the subject was a loaded firearm. A search incident to arrest also yielded a quantity of marijuana and crack cocaine on his person. The amounts of crack cocaine and marijuana were large enough to indicate an intent to distribute the same. The suspect was later identified as Perry Eugene Lee Jr. (B/M/2-25-1991). Lee was transported to central booking, where he is currently awaiting a hearing before a district court commissioner. The arrestee’s information and charges are as follows:
