Officers from the Frederick Police Department arrested a female for drug charges after she was observed drinking alcohol in a vehicle.
On 11/29/2012 at approximately 10:45 PM, officers from The Frederick Police Department were called to the Sheetz on East Patrick Street in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Witnesses observed a group of persons in a vehicle consuming alcohol, and they appeared to be underage. Upon contact with the driver of the vehicle, Hillary Pingrey, the odor of marijuana was observed coming from the vehicle. Subsequent search of the vehicle yielded a large quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The quantity of marijuana was packaged consistent with someone selling marijuana. Pingrey was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center to be processed.

10000 Block of Finn Drive
1) Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute
2) Posession of Marijuana
3) Four counts of Possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia
