On Wednesday November 21 the Frederick Police Department arrested a subject for indecent exposure and trespassing.
On Wednesday November 21, 2012 at approximately 1503 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to an antique shop in the 100 block of East Patrick Street for the report of a male exposing his genitalia to customers. Upon arrival officers located the subject, later identified as Gardner, John Edwards, inside the store. The victim had already left but police contacted her via telephone and had her respond back to the location. The victim identified Gardner as the one who exposed his genitals to her and he was placed under arrest. Subsequent investigation revealed that Gardner was also previously trespassed from the store, Village Emporium. Gardner was transported to central booking where he is being held in lieu of a $2,700 bond. The arrestee’s information and charges are as follows:
