On today's date, 11-03-12, the Frederick Police Department arrested a man for Attempted 2nd Degree Murder after responding to a stabbing call at FMH.
On today's date, 11-03-12, OFC John Hoxie and Officer Stephen Radtke responded to FMH for a report of a stabbing that had occurred earlier in the morning. The officers arrived and spoke to the victim (unidentified female) who had been stabbed in her leg. The officers were quickly able to ascertain the identity of the suspect and responded to the Motel 6 on W. Patrick St., where the stabbing allegedly occurred as a result of a Domestic related confrontation.
Upon arrival at Motel 6, officers were able to locate the suspect. The crime scene was also located as was evidence to the stabbing. The suspect, Mr. Timothy Alan Wynn, was arrested and the officers located further evidence upon his person to implicate him in the stabbing. He was subsequently taken to Central Booking, where he is being processed at the time of this release.
The victim in this incident was treated for her injuries, and she was released from FMH.
