Disruption in businesses and organizations is the norm and even more so recently with the current pandemic. Yet many leaders are not prepared to navigate the internal and external changes that challenge the status quo on a daily basis. Timely communication, understanding the complex emotions that accompany change, and rapid learning opportunities are among the key tools that leaders must bring to the table to help themselves, employees, customers, and stakeholders drive through change. In this interactive and practical seminar, attendees will:
Understand and apply the “change curve” to better understand the individual and organizational response to change
Understand and apply the organizational life cycle to gauge individual and organizational readiness for change
Engage in scenario planning to anticipate and identify emerging business and organizational disruptions
Practice the OODA Loop in periods of rapid change
Learn the Organizational Change Concerns Model to help employees communicate and adapt to change and disruption
