Practitioners of Martial Arts often find that they can better cope with stress, sleep better at night and concentrate better during the day. They also have greater peace of mind due to the knowledge and expertise on what to do if faced with a dangerous situation. However, the greatest benefit of Martial arts and self-defense is the increased sense of self-confidence it builds in students.
