For kids ages 8-13 We are very excited to announce our new afterschool wrestling program created in partnership with the Frederick FCA and with the support of FCPS coaches. Never Wrestled before? No worries, no experience is needed, come give it a try! Kids will gain: skills for the sport of wrestling, strength, and endurance, discipline, confidence, and good influence and mentorship from local coaches who care about young student-athletes!
