CONSENT AGENDA

All matters included under this item are considered to be routine by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.  They will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below, without separate discussion of each item, unless any person present -- city official or citizen -- requests an item or items to be removed from the Consent Agenda.  Any item removed from the Consent Agenda will be considered separately at the end of the Consent Agenda.  If you would like any of the items below considered separately, please say so when the Mayor announces each category.


A.  Agreements between City and Developers:

 



1.        Approval of release of Cash Funds in the amount of $25,000 posted byHood College as guarantee of completion of a water service upgrade to the Hood College site, further described in PWA dated 02/23/11.   This PWA/Surety has been replaced, in its entirety, by a PWA/Surety dated March 7, 2011.


2.        Approval of release of Frederick County Bank LOC #1003129371 in the amount of $20,670.68 posted by Maurabe, LLLP, as guarantee of completion of improvements to East Street Industrial Park, Section 1, Lot2C, per PWA dated 03/17/05. 


3.        Approval of release of Gulf Bond #B2-1862418 in the amount of $524,106.68 posted by Tasker’s View, LLC, as guarantee of completion of public improvements to Tasker’s Chance, Section 3B, further described in PWA dated 10/20/03 and acceptance of Bel Aire Lane, Sta. 0+00 to 9+85.98; Whiskey Creek Circle, Sta. 0+00 to 8+36.45; Whiskey Creek Circle “B,” Sta. 0+00 to 2+87.38; Featherstone Place, Sta. 0+00 to 5+43.39; Twin Eagle Court, Sta. 0+00 to 5+43.39; Quail’s Nest Way, Sta. 0+00 to 3+63.08; Wild Fig Court, Sta. 0+00 to 3+99.39; Mountain Creek Circle, Sta. 0+00 to 9+67.88; Leather Fern Way, Sta. 0+00 to 2+88.13; Swallow Pointe Court, Sta. 0+00 to 1+94.77; and Royal Bonnet Place, Sta. 0+00 to 1+77.12.
