The City of Frederick operates three municipal parking lots:
- The North Market Street Lot - located on North Market Street
- Accessible from the 300 block of North Market Street.
- Hourly parking is available at the North Market Street Lot through the use of parking meters at $1 an hour. Part of lot is permit parking for $75 per month.
- The Marc Station Lot - located behind the Marc Station (East Street location)
- Accessible off of Wisner Street. This lot is permit parking only.
- Carroll Creek Surface Lot - located next door to the Carroll Creek Parking Deck
- On the Carroll Creek way alley side.
