Boardroom Closed for Renovation in June

“The new equipment will improve the public meeting experience in the boardroom.” -- Mayor Michael O’Connor

Work to modernize the City of Frederick boardroom and equipment requires closing the City Hall boardroom to meetings until July.

The construction project, which began June 3, is scheduled to be complete by July 4. During construction, any public meetings that the City typically has in the boardroom will move to the Municipal Annex, 140 W. Patrick St.

During this time, public meetings that normally would be televised will be carried live on Channel 99 and streamed on the City website, (, under the Meeting Center dropdown.)
