Curbside Bulk Pickup to Be Offered Free in 2019

Mayor Michael O’Connor is pleased to announce that curbside bulk pickup will be offered, free, once per year to Frederick residents, starting in 2019.

Starting in January, under this new program that the Mayor announced in his 2018 State of the City address, the City will offer residents the opportunity to schedule curbside bulk item pickup, for free, one time per year.
