Frederick Police (DPT) arrest suspect for possession of PCP (CR17-069993)


On 08/30/2017 at approximately 6:11PM, officers from the Frederick Police Department Directed Patrol Team were in the area of Carroll Creek Way, when they observed three subjects acting suspicious behind a building in the 200 block of East Patrick Street. The three subjects were in an area which is clearly posted, “No Trespassing”. As a result, all three were arrested. Upon searching one of the individuals, identified as Shaquan Lipscomb, two vials of Phencyclidine (PCP), a quantity of synthetic cannabinoid, and brass knuckles were found on his person. Lipscomb was transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention center for further processing. The other two individuals were cited accordingly, and released from the scene. All events occurred in Frederick MD.

  • Possession of CDS not marijuana
  • Carrying dangerous weapon on his person
