Mayor & Board of Aldermen Closed Session-Rescheduled

Because the intended closed session for Feb. 20 has been canceled, Mayor Michael O’Connor has requested a closed session on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019, at 6 p.m. The mayor will request a vote of the Board of Aldermen to convene the meeting as a closed session in the Mayor’s Office at City Hall. This action is in accordance with the authority granted under the Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article §3-305(b)(1)(i) to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of an appointee, employee, or official over whom it has jurisdiction. The topic to be discussed is employment and compensation of personnel.
