Many people know that making a cup of chamomile before bed might help them sleep better - but there are many herbs, foods and practices that can promote rest and restoration for our minds and bodies. Lacey Walker of Fox Haven Learning Center will lead this experience and discussion that will introduce you to new techniques, practices and herbs.
