About the Instructor

Cain Yentzer is adept in the science and practice of Tai-Chi. Educated in Washington D.C. at the Great River Taoist Center and in the Republic of Chine at the National Tai-Chi Ch'uan Association. He has since gone on to teach Tai-Chi in both the Far-East and West. His greates pleasure is helping others find true healing and inner peace.


New Beginners Tai-Chi Class

Ages: 18 and up

Dates: Wednesdays, 11/29-2/14 and Wednesdays 2/21-5/9

Time: 11:00am-12:00am

Location: Wm. Talley Rec Center

Fee: $120 City / $130 Non City (12 Week Course)

This class is a continuation of the New Beginners Class. Students will learn the principles of Tai-Chi and Tai-Chi body mechanics that help open the body and concentrate on "Chi" bringing with it deep relation and health. This traditional instruction offers Tai-Chi in its centuries old spirit. It is designed for students seeking and authentic approach to the time honored practice.


Beginners Tai-Chi Class

Ages: 16 and up

Dates: Thursdays, 11/30-2/15 and Thursdays 2/22-5/10

Time: 6:15-7:15pm

Location: Wm. Talley Rec Center, Hall of Fame Room
