Mondays / Fridays: 1/5 to 1/29 10:30 - 11:30am

Mondays / Fridays: 2/2 to 2/26 10:30 - 11:30am

Mondays / Fridays: 3/2 to 3/30 10:30 - 11:30am

Mondays / Fridays: 4/6 to 4/30 10:30 - 11:30am (no class 4/2)

Fee: $25 city per month / $30 non city per month

Did you know that 1/3 of Americans over the age of 65 falls down each year? Falls cause 90% of fractures and falls are a leading cause of injury death in those over the age of 65.

The good news is that falls can be prevented by identifying the risk factors and by making some lifestyle changes.

This class will improve your functional ability in your everyday life..... regardless of your current fitness level. Your goals will be accomplished by: assesing current fitness levels; providing specific attention towards maintaining strength, balancem flexibility, endurance and range of motion.

Personalized safe exercise instructions are designed with your personal medical conditions, medicines, and state of health in mind. Participants wll work individually while also in a group setting. The class exercises will be adjusted to each participants individual ability.

We will help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Cancellation Policy: For the safety of our particpants, Mighty Fit follows FCPS weather policy. If schools are closed or delaed due to inclement weather conditions, there will not be any classes.
